It was an emergency message broadcast when the officials stated that the kid was taken over by a stranger or that child was at risk. It would broadcast every information about the minor and also the person who took the youngster. It also included every detail of a person and vehicle that was involved in the abduction. It would help them to recover the abducted child to safety.
