Too Many Active Cases
In the information gathered by the FBI’s National Crime Information Center Missing Person File or the so-called NCIC, there were eighty-seven thousand four hundred thirty-eight people that seemed to be missing. Thirty thousand six hundred eighteen were all minors. It was 35% of the number that was missing. We did not expect that these many individuals were still missing in this current date, yet we knew that the authorities were doing their best to pinpoint every person on the list. However, how did the officials find every single person that was still missing?
