There Will Be Blood
In this late 19th-century film, Paul Thomas Anderson showcases the greed people have for money and oil. The movie portrays actors Daniel Day-Lewis and Paul Dano as two individuals who would fight as they stop at nothing to have total control over oil for money. The film takes a jab on American capitalism and how greed drives people to do things that they do not mean to.
John Wick
John Wick is undoubtedly one of the best films in modern cinema. The film pushed the Matrix actor Keanu Reeves to train for 8 hours a day, five days a week, for four months so that he would be able to portray his character to the best of his ability. The film is about a man who was left with a dog by his deceased wife. After a while, he goes on a killing rampage as his dog was murdered by a bunch of thugs, leading him to go on a killing spree.
