Woodrow Wilson – 155.2
Woodrow Wilson served as President of the United States during World War I, from 1913 to 1921. During the last months of World War II, the 28th President of the United States played a role in the creation of the Treaty of Versailles. The phrase “At long last, the world recognizes America as the savior of the globe!” is one of his most iconic phrases. His efforts to persuade the United States to join the League of Nations, the forerunner of the United Nations, will be remembered for the rest of his life. Unfortunately, Congress prevented this from happening at the time, and some historians believe that this was a contributing factor to the outbreak of World War II. Wilson had an IQ of 155.2, which most certainly assisted him in guiding the country through World War I. Wilson was born in 1859 in New York City.
