If you’ve watched The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, you know who Karyn Parsons is – she played Hilary Banks. After she played on the show, she decided to found the Sweet Blackberry Foundation. It’s a production company that educates children about Black history. The foundation creates incredible movies. One of them, The Journey of Henry Box Brown, tells the incredible story of former slave Henry Brown who literally mailed himself to freedom in a wooden crate.
