The Suffering Lion
Sheila was rescued from a Texas amusement center. Her mission was to make a lot of money for her boss by performing at high-profile events and parties. Sheila was not the only lion in this amusement park, but she was the one who was most involved and suffered the most. Sheila’s caretaker was exceptionally cruel to his lions. “Once they’re no longer useful for this as well, he’ll throw them away and stop caring for them,” Keahey, Founder of In-Sync Organization, said.
