Fixer Upper
Even before the start of filming, the homeowners featured on the show have already purchased the house! It means that they are only ever faking it when they choose among the houses at the beginning of each episode. The furniture and décor picked out and arranged by Joanna are not part of their budget either, so they do not really keep these items unless they pay more. On top of that, the entire house is not really redone. It is also said that Chip does not work on the house if the cameras are not there.
