Chef Tim McKee, a James Beard Award winner for Best Chef Midwest, opened this restaurant in 2017 within the two-level Market House Collaborative, a small food hall where customers could choose their own seafood for the restaurant to prepare and serve. The establishment received positive reviews and offered takeout meals after closing in March, with indoor dining resuming in June. However, McKee ultimately decided to permanently close the restaurant at the end of July. “The impacts surrounding COVID proved to be just too much,” managing partner Loren Zinter told the *Star Tribune*.
