Craigie Burger
While known for its creative tasting menus of modern American cuisine, chef Tony Maws’ Craigie on Main in Cambridge gained fame for its legendary burger, with only 18 prepared each evening. Last year, Maws further capitalized on this popularity by opening Craigie Burger in the new Time Out Market Boston in Fenway. However, Craigie Burger will not be reopening, as confirmed by Maws and his partners. They believe that the absence of Red Sox games at Fenway Park and the lack of students from nearby colleges would make reviving the venture too risky.
