We do not all have the same influence. As a high-profile celebrity, Kenny Chesney decided to make use of his platform by helping others. Celebrities like to raise funds and donate money to people who are in need. After all, they are more fortunate than the vast majority of the global population. The country singer performed at the New Orleans House of Blues for a good cause. He was there to support the charities of Drew Brees and Matthew McConaughey. The musician even sang a duet with Reese Witherspoon! It is said that the performance set the actress back by $24,000 since she donated all of it to be able to sing with him. Sadly, she forgot part of the lyrics to ‘Jackson’ by Johnny Cash even though she played his wife in Walk the Line. Oh well! We all make mistakes.
