Baby Wombat
Wombats are short-legged and muscular animals that are native to Australia, but these mammals can also be found on various Islands nearby. Baby wombats stay in their mother’s pouch for around 5 months before venturing off on their own. Regardless of the fact that these animals are mainly active during the early evening and night times, they also sometimes come out during the daylight for food. Wombats can grow to about 35kgs.
