Believer’s Baptism
One of the traditional Amish practices is “believer’s baptism,” which is essentially a baptism for people who have reached adulthood. Because it is considered that faith does not arrive until the age of accountability, a believer’s baptism is frequently referred to as adult baptism. When a kid reaches the age where he or she can earnestly confess their beliefs, they are typically baptized as believers. Anabaptism, a Christian movement, gave rise to this concept.
