The 73-year-old Paula Ann Hiers Deen was born on January 19, 1947, in Albany, Georgia. She became popular because of her catering service business. And although her Southern food was not up to everyone’s tastes and standards, she still gained the recognition she deserved. She was named as America’s culinary grandmother. Paula Deen’s name was everywhere not long ago. She built her restaurant and was now the owner of several other stores in the United States today. She had now authored 15 cookbooks and was now doing well. She was now a cooking host.
