A Last Look
They were able to see what the wolf was doing at the time because of the video. It took a moment to look at John as it dashed off into the woods. Could it have been an attempt to express gratitude? Although the video showed him the evidence he needed, John did not see it pause when it happened. It’s a good thing he made the right decision in the end. He was relieved to discover the wolf was still alive and well.
