Although the site was spectacular, the building itself was in need of repair. As a result, Elin demolished the structure and started over with a clean slate in place. She is in charge of her own rehabilitation. She possessed the financial means to do so, but she never allowed it to cloud her judgment. Elin was a frequent donor to charitable organizations.
