Perhaps this guy is the greatest fan of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. And besides, he even have a tattoo of Michelangelo on his nose. Clearly, he is truly a big admirer and he loves them too much that he opted to place it on the nose. He didn’t seem to care about social life or dignity. Well, there seems to be a good chance it’s only a facial prosthetics.
