Well, let’s also not disregard the fact that tattoos are old pieces of art created on your skin for your entire life. At least, assumedly. Having said all that, neck tattoos are impossible to eradicate and hard to pull off. However the reality of the situation was far worse than the matter he had done it in honor of the presidential candidate whom he voted. To be frank, he is remarkably committed to Jeb Bush. Unfortunately, he should have shown his support it in another way.
