Hidden Room
A homeowner in 1963 renovated his house and as he did so, he accidentally knocked down a wall. He found out that there was a hidden room and his excitement caused him to explore. He found room after room and soon discovered a whole underground city. Derinkuyu was one of the most incredible and odd archeological discoveries during the 20th century. It was an ancient city that was formed by a huge network of underground tunnels. These homed the Hittites.
