Old Comic
A copy of Action Comics No. 1 was found in a wall while the new homeowner renovated in a Minnesota house. It was a 1938 Superman comic book and it was sold at an auction for $175,000. He found this treasure among the newspapers that were used as insulation for the walls of the house. It was graded a 1.5 out of 10 because the back cover was already detached. An almost perfect copy of this comic that was graded a 9.0 out of 10 was sold last 2011 at $2.16 million.
