He really wants to go right up to all of them and say something… it was just not the right moment, not in front of his family like that as Tom and his family made themselves comfortable at the restaurant he was infuriated with. He tried to calm himself, but he needed to do something. Just setting Tom off tremendously was this sort of road rage and reconsideration.
