Stephanie Rice
This occurred when Stephanie Rice was the best swimming hope for Australia. Gold was hit in 2008 by the 200 m, 400 m and 200 m relay events. In these three competitions, she has finally set world records! It is clear to see why the Order of Australia Medal was given to her. We are sorry to learn that she is no longer active with her career since her retirement in 2014. However as a mentor with an organization named CoachUp, she is interested in athletics.
