George Harrison – $400 million
As the lead guitarist of the Beatles, George Harrison was dubbed “The Quiet Beatle.” He was not quite as famous as John Lennon and Paul McCartney and hardly sang in their songs. However, he did pen some of their most iconic songs. He is the person who wrote “Taxman,” “Something,” and “Here Comes the Sun.” His musical influences had been Carl Perkins, Django Reinhardt, Chuck Berry, and George Formby. It is interesting to note that he received inspiration from Indian music and culture as well! After a while, they started to use Indian instruments in their music. In 2011, he passed away in Los Angeles.
