From the freezing lane, Vince came to Starbucks in January 2017. She saw him as Nicole came through the doors and went to organize his orders as usual. There was something odd about him today, though. The veteran carried himself differently, and in his long coat pockets, his hands were deep. She did a double-take once again when Nicole looked at his face.
