As we have mentioned, the foreman does not see any issue with people parking at the reserved slots for the construction. However, you can’t really inform all the people not to park ahead of time when there’s a scheduled delivery. What the foreman does is he is simply asking the drivers to move away and explains that there is a scheduled delivery to arrive. Most of them respond immediately, understand the situation and move their cars right away. Except for this one woman.
