Too Many Negative Reports
The captain really took the swearing personally and did not give Walter the chance to defend himself. The captain wrote a bunch of false-negative reports regarding Walter’s behavior in the cell which caused him to be transferred back to the previous prison he came from – the one with the maximum security. Walter could not take it anymore and that was why he constructed a plan to escape.
