Ronald Reagan – 141.9

Ronald Reagan served as the 40th President of the United States from 1981 to 1989. He became well-known for his Reaganomics economic policies, among other things. It emphasized reduced social spending, liberalization of domestic markets, increased military budget, and broad tax cuts. When compared to his fellow presidents, Reagan scored somewhere between the bottom and quarter and half, with an IQ of 141.9.
