Barack Obama – ???
His election as the 44th President of the United States marked a watershed moment in history as the first African-American to be elected to the position. Barack Obama was president from 2009 to 2017, during which time he made a number of momentous decisions. Among other things, he made significant improvements to the health-care system by enacting the Affordable Care Act (ACA). The brokering of a nuclear deal with Iran, the repeal of the “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” military policy, and the restoration of diplomatic relations with Cuba are among his other accomplishments. Although his exact IQ has yet to be determined, his previous achievements leave no doubt that he is a bright young man.
