James Madison – 160
Another founding father is next on our list of historical figures. James Madison was elected as the fourth President of the United States, and he served in that capacity from 1809 to 1817. He was referred to as the “Father of the Constitution,” and many people appreciated his ability to lead under difficult circumstances. He even went on to become the first graduate student at Princeton University after graduating with honors from college in only two years. He commanded the country during the War of 1812, established the national bank, and expanded the capabilities of both the military and the government under his administration. Dolly, his wife, also performed admirably in her role as First Lady, serving as a role model for young women in the country at the time. She was also in charge of the well-known redecoration of the White House as well as various public outreach projects for orphans and other vulnerable children. With an IQ of 160, he is the second-smartest President in the history of the United States.
