From 1901 to 1909, Theodore Roosevelt served as President of the United States. Teddy, as he was affectionately known, won the respect of the public for his persuasive public speaking abilities, as well as his administrative and foreign relations abilities. In addition, he received good marks for his overall vision and fiscal management abilities. Among other things, he is responsible with the establishment of numerous national parks and forests, as well as the construction of numerous landmark monuments. In addition, he oversaw the construction of the Panama Canal and the expansion of the naval forces. Interesting to note, he was also involved in negotiating the end of the Russo-Japanese War and was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. His intelligence was evaluated to be 153 points.
