Absolute Insensitivity
If you think you have seen the world’s most insensitive person, then you clearly have not seen this guy! This driver is so insensitive, he decided to take up not one, not two, but the entire section of the parking slots for the handicaps. A ticket surely would not suffice for what he did, a tow situation perhaps? The world of parking surely is something else.
