Zip-tied
We all hate people who take up two parking spots, which is why someone went through the trouble of attaching a shopping cart to the car of someone who did just that! At first, the owner was worried that their car would have a scratch since they only bought it recently and a shopping cart was near it, but the horror kicked in when they realized that the shopping cart was actually zip-tied to the handle of the car! That will surely keep her from taking up two spaces again.
