Cheryl Cole is a British singer whose fashion sense has always been a bit of a hit and miss. It was a good thing that she looked amazing during the Cannes Film Festival in 2012. Her show-stopping scarlet and white dress by Stephane Rolland Couture had a feathered train that looked like it was dissolving into the carpet. She spent some time as a judge for The X Factor. She has recently shied away from the limelight after having a baby with her boyfriend, Liam Payne.
