Her six older children aren’t vegans, but her eight youngest like raw greens, but they consume health drinks, golden or red beets, bell peppers, chard, and healthy kale daily in addition to home-cooked meals of quinoa and sprouted lentils. The kids’ snacks, such as the green apple raw almond butter combo they usually get, are also vegan. Natalie was raised as an ethical vegetarian, so she quickly transitioned to a vegan diet, which aided her body’s recovery from the many physical problems brought about by numerous pregnancies.
