Raising fourteen children can’t be straightforward, but Natalie has found a way to cope with the tension and strain throughout her hectic schedule: she goes to the gym and takes an hour or two for herself. Her social media followers are well aware of this, as she shared a photo of herself working out with the comment, “I’d like to share on how I deal with inordinate tension, after being questioned how I remain sane lol.” Natalie also mentioned that exercise has always been her go-to stress reliever. “The tension practically drips off of me when I’m drenched at the end,” she said. Being physically active has greatly aided me in dealing with all of the difficulties I’ve faced in my life.”
