Jeffrey Allen “Skunk” Baxter
Steely Dan’s founding member Baxter later joined the Doobie Brothers. The guitarist has had a long career in rock and roll, working as a session guitarist with acts and artists such as Dolly Parton, Ringo Starr, Rod Stewart, Eric Clapton, and others. The legendary guitar-for-hire business now has top security clearances. His interest in recording technology led him to investigate and become fascinated with military software and hardware in the 1980s.
