Jeremy Irwin was the father of the baby, and he was also the first person who realized that their baby was missing. The father got home at 4 a.m due to his overnight shift. The tired father did take a look into his daughter’s crib. However, he did not see his daughter inside of it. As soon he realized that he was not at their home, he immediately called the authorities to report that their baby had disappeared.
