Henry Winkler – $3.4 Million, Bel-Air
Henry Winkler, an American actor, author, and comedian, is 74 years old and has achieved a lot. Winkler was labeled “dumb” as a dyslexic child, even by his parents. He did, however, go on to co-author 32 Hank Zipzer children’s books. What a great example of transforming a flaw into a strength. In 1993, Winkler bought a four-bedroom house in Bel-Air that was over 9,000 square feet, which was ideal for his three children (including one stepson). He reportedly paid $3.4 million for the old Country English-style home, which was built in 1934.
