Chuck Norris – $3.5 Million, North Tustin
Chuck Norris is an actor, martial artist, and Air Force veteran. Despite a few minor roles in films, Norris’s acting career had taken off when he premiered in Breaker! Breaker!, which grossed millions of dollars. Norris had a lovely home in North Tustin at the height of his career (pictured above). The 5,500-square-foot home, which includes a guesthouse, is situated on nearly two acres with its own private lake. The home has a saltwater pool and “trees worth millions of dollars,” according to its 2016 listing, which had a price tag of $3.5 million. How did they come up with a price for nature?
