In the end, Thomas decided to call John. After a while, the police officer arrived and took a closer look at the tree! The cop knew Kyle well enough to know that something was wrong. He decided to have the tree cut down to see what was inside. They found a human skeleton inside, which shocked everyone in the vicinity! It was a good thing that it was simply a gag made out of plastic. Kyle must have known that John would come out there if he relied on his old tricks. This was the first time that they had seen each other in a long time! John promised that he would make more of an effort to visit his former partner, who was thrilled to be reunited with him at long last. Thomas and Jane Smith were also relieved that they got to the bottom of Kyle’s strange behavior!
