2003 was certainly a different time for fashion and below you can see Ivanka’s outfit for the HBO Network party where she attended in order to promote a TV show she had starred in, Born Rich. The amount of colors and tie-dye is something of an eyesore and we reckon she wouldn’t be seen in anything remotely similar to this today.
