Orianthi
Orianthi Penny Panagaris is an Australian musician, singer, and songwriter. She was fortunate enough to rehearse with the iconic Michael Jackson in 2009 for his amazing, This Is It concert series and also performed with Alice Cooper’s touring band. Panagaris also won Guitar International magazine’s “2010 Breakthrough Guitarist of the Year” award. To date, she has been doing amazing things and said to be one of the world’s best female guitarists. In February 2009, Orianthi performed as Carrie Underwood’s lead guitarist at the 51st annual Grammy Awards, and then Underwood invited Orianthi to join her band.
