Focusing on David
Rose, on the other hand, chose to let everything go and concentrate on herself and David. This was a critical time for him to find closure. It would also be his first and last time seeing his mother. David was still too little to understand what was going on, so Rose did her hardest not to grieve for him. She was curious how her nephew would respond.
