The talented singer is behind hit songs such as “The Unhooked Generation” and “Band of Gold.” Singing must be in her blood. She has a younger sister called Scherrie, who ended up joining The Supremes. Music aside, she has also tried her hand at acting. She was in movies like Nutty Professor II: The Klumps and Ella: First Lady of Song. In case you were wondering, she still performs to this day!
