Before moving over to NBC, Alisyn Camerota spent a long time with Fox. She has covered some national and international stories of high profile, which have scored her two reporting Emmy nominations. Hurricane Harvey, the Parkland school shooting, and the Paris terrorist attacks include some of these stories. She was part of the Fox & Friends franchise while with Fox, in which she co-hosted the weekend edition of the show. In 2017, she wrote her first book, entitled “Amanda Wakes Up,” a novel about an idealistic report struggling to do the right thing while working during a presidential election for a cable network.
