Fans like to point out that the staff members wear things in certain scenes. This is a clear indication that they have done multiple takes for it. On top of that, one of the stars admitted that they had a fake breakup to inject more drama.

The premise of this show is super interesting. It looks for people that have regrettable tattoos and comes up with a new design meant to cover up the original. The tattooed person does not know what it looks like and only see the “surprise” by the end of it. Their shocked expressions are not authentic at all. The “big surprise reveal” is usually filmed several times so that they can get the expression right.
