As a matter of fact, the contestants have been weighed and measured two days before that happens. On top of that, people have also doubted the qualifications of the medical crew on the show! It is thought that they are not qualified to give out drugs to the contestants. On top of that, it is edited to make it seem like the contestants are more lethargic and lazier than they actually are.
