Legal Test Kitchen
A branch of the renowned Massachusetts fish and shellfish chain Legal Seafoods, this once-bustling 15-year-old restaurant in Boston’s Seaport district has officially closed its doors, as reported on August 27. “Due to the lack of area business and travel… the company felt it didn’t make sense to reopen the location,” Legal Seafoods explained to *Boston.com*. There is still one other Test Kitchen location at Logan Airport in the city, which was intended to experiment with dishes not found on the chain’s regular menus. That location is currently closed but is set to reopen in early fall. Meanwhile, 11 other Legal Seafoods restaurants across the state remain open.
