As a teacher, Nancy knew that she should not be involving herself in the private life of a student. However, in her years working as a teacher, she had seen far too many situations like this getting out of control and ending in psychological damage and trauma to the child. That day when she talked to Camden, she could see that he was extremely confused and stressed about the events at his home. It didn’t seem like the child could wrap his head around the issue.
