Mark Harelik was born on 5 June 1951, a native of Texas who grew up in Hamilton, Texas in a Jewish family. He played two biographical plays, The Immigrant and The Legacy. In numerous shows such as Cheers, Seinfield, Wings, and in Star Trek, Mark Harelik also held minor parts: Voyager. He also performed as head of the Physics Department at Caltech in Dr. Eric Gablehauser’s first two seasons in The Big Bang Theory and was the boss of Sheldon, Leonard, and Raj. He also dated Sheldon’s mother.
