Beatrice became the first member of the British Royal family to appear in a feature film after pursuing drama and film studies. She had a minor part in the movie Young Victoria in 2009. The movie tells the tale of Queen Victoria’s early years. Sarah Ferguson, Bea’s grandma, was one of the film’s makers. While Beatrice enjoyed her brief acting role, the Queen was offended by the film’s historical inaccuracies.
